The Testing Laboratory Directorate (TLD) is accredited to perform testing of various characteristics of samples of petroleum and petroleum products, in accordance with the Ordinance on the requirements and quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, order and manner of their control.
The testing equipment in the Department is based on modern and precise methods for quality evaluation of fuels. All apparatuses are delivered from acknowledged laboratory equipment manufacturers.
The product characteristics are determined in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian and international standards – BDS, ASTM, ISO and EN.
TLD issues a “Statement of Compliance” of the products in accordance with the Ordinance on the requirements and quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, order and manner of their control and also technical specifications, submitted by the client.
