The Testing Laboratory Directorate (TLD) is accredited to perform tests of chemical elements from sodium (Na) to uranium (U) in metals, alloys, goods, jewelry alloys and archeological specimens. The testing is performed using SEM EDX – Scanning Electronic Microscopy and X-ray Microanalysis. This is a non-destructive express method for the determination of the chemical composition, form, dimensions, inhomogeneities. As annexes to the test reports, TLD can also provide images in SEI, X-ray map, Line scan.
